Is a Gradr grade an official PSA or CGC grade?
No. Gradr gives an AI prediction to help you decide before you spend money on professional grading. It isn't affiliated with PSA or CGC, and the number is for informational use only — not an official grade, appraisal, or financial advice.
How accurate is it?
Gradr is deliberately conservative — it errs low rather than generous, so you're not surprised at the counter. Sharper, well-lit photos raise the confidence score. It's a strong pre-screen, not a replacement for a professional grader's final call.
Why does grading use the camera and not my photo library?
Grading integrity. Live capture keeps grades tied to the real card in front of you, which is why the app photographs the card rather than importing existing images.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and can be canceled anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Founder is a one-time purchase — no recurring charge.
What happens to my card photos?
Photos are processed to generate your grade and stored with your account so your slabs and collection persist. You can delete your account and content from inside the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
